Privacy notice

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Data controller

Patricio Orozco Loza, located at Calle Germán Gedovius 10605, Int. 205, Fraccionamiento Río, Tijuana, Baja California, postal code 22010, is responsible for personal data collected through this website. The privacy contact is patricio@porozco.com.

Data collected

The form requests your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you choose to provide. The server and hosting service may also create limited technical logs, such as IP address, user agent, date, and time, for security, abuse prevention, and operation. Sensitive personal data is not intentionally requested.

Purposes

Data is used to respond to your communication, make a preliminary assessment of whether the matter can be considered, maintain related communications, and protect the website from abusive submissions. It is not used for advertising, commercial profiling, or automated decisions. Any new purpose will require the applicable notice and, where required, consent.

Confidential and sensitive information

Do not submit documents, trade secrets, financial data, health data, or other confidential or sensitive information through the form. Sending a message does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

Cookies and technologies

The current version does not use advertising analytics or tracking cookies. It uses a strictly necessary session cookie for form security, access control, and request-forgery prevention; it expires when the browser session ends.

Restriction, objection, and withdrawal

You may restrict use or disclosure, or withdraw consent without retroactive effect, by emailing patricio@porozco.com with the subject “Privacy — restriction or withdrawal.” Include your name, a response channel, the data or communications involved, and the requested scope. Withdrawal may prevent the requested communication from continuing.

ARCO rights and procedure

To request access, correction, deletion, or objection, email the same address with: your name and notification channel; proof of identity and, where applicable, representation; a clear description of the data; the right being exercised; and information that helps locate the data. Correction requests should describe and support the requested change. A determination and, where applicable, implementation will be provided within the statutory periods. Exercise is free except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs.

Processors, transfers, and retention

Your data is not sold. Hosting and email providers may process it on the controller’s behalf solely to deliver those services and subject to applicable safeguards. Ordinary operation does not contemplate transfers to third parties that require consent. If a transfer outside legal exceptions is proposed, the corresponding consent will be requested first. Data is kept only as long as necessary to address the communication and meet applicable duties or liabilities, then deleted or blocked as required.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or use. No Internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

Changes will be communicated on this page with the corresponding update date. If a change requires renewed consent, it will be requested before the new purpose is applied.
